| South Birmingham 11.40 morning clear sky Gold flat object a few feet square with slight bend On Sunday morning, while taking a coffee after some light house work (wife at morning work)i witnessed something exceedingly weird off the back patio. (wide outlook across an open park area) I have no belief in UFOs (laws of physics dictate against it) and have always explained away anything unusual as Helicopter lights etc but not this time im afraid. I observed a crazy sighting which i cannot figure. It looked like a piece of gold velum paper, slightly folded as if hovering in the wind. It was sunny so could have been catching the sun and i also considered a Butterfly. However, it became apparent that the size was wrong for a butterfly and paper it was not. Because the object proceeded to move out across the park at supernatural speed, with increasing velocity. I was completely dumbstruck and offer no explanation.
