| Observed 4 light formation blinking red/green at a frequency of 1 per second approx 20 miles ESE of belen nm altitude approx 10000 ft. observed with binoculars and four lights alternated green/red formation was approximately square with no movement. observed for 15 minutes with no movement or change.
