Crazy fast light being followed by a smaller fast light...same speed aprox.

Looked at first to be a usual after burner effect from a rocket, but lasted longer as the bright light moved along the sky at a steady pace, soon to be followed by a smaller bright light for about 15 seconds while the bigger of the bright lights flickered inconsistently.
