| I observed an orange, glowing object floating at a low altitude similar to where a helicopter would fly. The object appeared to be an oval shape and flickered as if it were on fire. It flew no faster than a hot air balloon and emitted no sound. I first saw the object flying over highway 192 near Wisconsin Avenue in St. Cloud FL. The object proceeded to travel North, North West towards Orlando International Airport; however, appeared to burnout (disappearing into the darkness) before reaching the restricted air space. I work night shift outdoors and am very familiar with normal aircraft and meteors. This object was definitely not one of those.
