Over Northern Baltimore County, July 27, 28, 29 & 30 2010. Recurring each night between 11:00pm & 11:30pm. Western sky, just above horizon, to the left of where the sunsets. This white light begins as a speck in the sky, then quickly grows bigger & brighter within seconds. It lingers for approx 2 seconds, it then moves to the right before it gradually fades out. On July 27th it was spotted for the first time by my daughter. July 28th, it appeared twice, this time I saw the second appearance at 11:19pm. The following night, July 29 it appeared 2 times at 11:19pm, and again at 11:29pm. Last night, there were 5 appearances, beginning at 11:05 and ending at 11:29. I believe it will happen again tonight and I just hope someone else reads this, see it and has an explanation. Height approximately 10,000 feet. My location is on York road in Parkton MD (Baltimore County) I am just 2 miles from the Pennsylvania line.
