| Fluterring Green light that moves horizontaly. A green light that has been moving mostly horizontal. Flutters around, stays still then moves vertical. Changes to blue and white. Blinked six times, moved more horizontal then disapeared. Reappeared about twenty minutes later. Still fluttering this time lower. Current time is 22:31.
