Triangle shaped craft with strange light patterns

As I was driving home I noticed a bright object in the sky. It was moving too slowly to be a plane. It was also way too low to the ground. As I drove closer to it, I got a perfect view of the bottom of it. It was a huge triangle shaped craft. It had multiple patterns of lights underneath. It was very extraordinary. This is not the first time I have seen a ufo in Tracy, ca. As a prospective scientist, I can not make any assumptions on what it can be, just mere observations. One thing that I know, It is not a plane.
