Oval pulsating orb was hovering over city of Paterson NJ on Dec 21, 2010 @ 6:30 am morning of Lunar Eclipse.

Oval pulsating orb was hovering over city, the lights where bright white which change to red for a few seconds then return to white. The size of the orb was about the size of a blimp or about half the size of the moon. I thought it was a star at first but it was to low and stars don't pulsate.
