Lights reflect off spot lights in niagara falls 21 of december 2010 atleast 15 times has been seen

Lights reflecting again off spot lights, and finally was able to take a pic with my phone cause it was extremely bright this night. Has been viewed by me and many others at least 15 to 20 times since September 2009
