I was watching web-cams in Washington DC as The Agency had notified forums members on the 10th of Feb that they would fly their craft over Washington DC on the 12th & 13th to prove that they exist.

The craft hovered around the Capitol building to the Titanic memorial for nearly an hour.

I captured the object on the W Washington Hotel web-cam.

We have looked at the photo, and the object is just a tiny dot of light. The photo does not provide nearly enough information for us to conclude that the light is a genuine UFO. PD
