Shape: Light

Four lights non formation up high over desert

Four low level lights on the south side of South Mountain. Not moving much at all. Hovering around an elevation 2000-6000 feet possibly.

Drove toward them from east Gilbert on freeway and to the I-10 freeway lights moved very little.

Saw multiple angles and DID NOT see any beacon lights like an air plane would/should have.
