Black craft shaped like stealth jet but too low flying and quiet in rural Elyria.

I was on my way home and we were driving through the rural part of Elyria on the western side and I looked up and there was a black craft flying at the same speed as our car and it was shaped like a stealth jet but way too low and quiet.
