As me and my friend walked out of his condo i walked by the street and i looked up i saw what apppeared to be a fireball or a firework than i thought if it was a firework that it will fall but no it came from the east and started rising above us and it hovered over us and started rising higher to the west me and my buddy were tripping on that until i found this site and blew my mind
