Star like object, changed directions randomley and dissapeared after a burst of speed

Me and my friend was sat in my back yard when I noticed an object like a star moving around very erraticley and seemed to be out of control then in one split second it had a huge burst of speed and dissapeared. Then two minutes later another object identical to the previous was spotted further on and was moving erraticaley and as before dissapeared after a huge burst of speed.

This happened another two times in similar ways then I had to go back into the house because my friend was very tired but I was stunned at what I saw.

All of the objects looked like stars but there behaviour was too much like an aircraft that wasn't human and they where white with a silvery haze round them.

I will try and take images of the objects if possible.
