White & green fireball impacts mountain range behind Blue Diamond, Nevada

Me and my girlfriend went for a drive on South Charleston Blvd (Route 159)between 6:30 and 8:30. We pulled over a couple of minutes before we the town of Blue Diamond. That's when I looked up and saw a fireball of bright white and green lights. At that point my girlfriend was able to look up and see the same thing. Then we saw it dip behind the mountains of Blue Diamond where we saw a puff of smoke from the impact. Unfortunately I didn't have an off road vehicle so we never found the actual impact site. We couldn't see the objects center around the bright lights. But the object looked pretty big compared to the mountain range. Which is weird considering the laws of physics would indicate a bigger impact than what we saw.
