bright circular light slow moving then dissapearing at speed

my daughter was out side and asked me to come and look at a strange object in the sky what we so was fist like a bright white light with a red flashing dot underneath and like stands all the way round it was coming towards us slow no sound then suddenly shot of at speed and seemed to dissapear at this time two more of the objects appeared but they just hovering same circuar shape all seem to be spinning,when looking at these with bicnocalars they looked like balls of string with a dot seperated from the ball and strig like object hanging down these then dissapeared in diffirent directions
