A saucer seen by 3 people hat wen very slow,.

it was 7:40 on a cloudy night me and two others saw an object in the sky that moved slowly then almost stopped returned to its normal speed. the object had a red light that appeared to circle around it and it was silver. the object appeared to be a saucer. it was very bright. during this event 3 o 4 planes passed. after the event the sky got brighter.
