|Bright orange light in the sky, moves fast and disappears.
I got off work tonight May 14th, 2012 at around 9:35pm and was driving north, when to my left up ahead, I saw a very bright, big orange light in the sky. I knew it wasn't a star, and it couldn't be a plane, it was much too big and too bright. Planes aren't usually orange. It seemed to be flying pretty low, right over the city. I continued to drive north and pulled over a few times to look at it and try to keep it in view. It was moving in the opposite directon as me, so it was pretty hard to keep up with it. I saw one of my students waiting at a bus stop and stopped to talk to him, but I was looking up the sky the whole time. He asked what I was looking at, I told him there was a strange light in the sky so he looked up also. By then, it started to move a lot faster and gained altitude until it literally disappeared. I looked no bigger than a distant star when I last saw it, then I lost it in the sky.
