| 06/15/96 15:00 Portland OR Chevron 25 minutes Mid day not moving very high almost downtown flat black chevron June 15 1996 afternoon high above the sky in Portland,OR I saw at 5/16" wide from thumb to forefinger a black chevron shaped craft. As I walked 3 blocks to triangulate width and altitude ,it never moved. This thing must have been a mile across and skirting the atmosphere. 25 minutes, enough time to gather 5 witnesses (Two of my daughters visitoring from Albuquerque) and observe this non moving craft.
