Fluorescent green streak in jacksonville sky

A fluorescent green streak in the south to southwestern sky above the Southside Blvd area of Jacksonville, FL. It appeared out of the clouds and disappeared back into the clouds in the span of about 5 seconds and there was a similar colored trail following it as it disappeared back into the clouds.
