There were numerous white flickering lights very bright and flashed very quickly looked like blinking halogen stars. The object was moving and was very low.....it would stop in place and the white lights would stop blinking and then red disc shapes would light up.

F-16s were flying over as this object was going over and then went out over the ocean and then south. It was very close and was def some kind of craft. There is a video from one yr ago the exact same date of a very similiar set of lights moving on the coast. Only the ones that happened last night were not in a line they were a huge area of lights almost like a giant stop sign shape.
