15 orb shaped orangish lights and one came down towards the lake.

Five people at Devil's Lake observed 15 orb shaped orangish lights, they came from the East, turned to the South East and disappeared into the sky. At one time three were visible. The lowest one came down towards the lake and appeared to reflect in the lake before disappearing.
