Duration: 30 minutes
No of observers: 4

Location: South San Diego, CA, USA

Shape: Other
Characteristics: Lights on object, Aircraft nearby

I saw a UFO with two parallel white lights. It was stationary for 30 min. When a white cloud passed over it, it took on a dark color.

I was sitting on a bench at a bus stop on the corner of Palm Ave. and Saturn Blvd. by a gas station and a 99 cent store near Imperial Beach Ca. I was facing south toward the Mexican border and saw a UFO up in the sky in a southeast direction. It was Wed. Oct 24, 2012 at about 10:30 AM.

There were four of us who saw it. One was a Caucasian woman in her early 60’s, grey hair, somewhat over weight, casually dressed, wearing a hat and walking with a limp. There was also a young African American male about 17 years old, and another young Caucasian man in his late 20’s or early 30’s waiting at the bus stop. The latter stated that he had been studying UFO’s across the country and thought this might be a comet because the UFO appeared to consist of two parallel lines of light next to each other, connected to each other.

The woman stated that it looked like a silvery color at one angle. At first glance it looked like a speck of light, but upon further observation I saw that it was a solid object. When it went behind a white cloud it took on a dark color. It also appeared to be staying in the same place for about 30 minutes.

Both the man and the woman stated that they saw it move. If it did move, it appeared to move inland in a northeast direction, (more east than north) in a very slow way, measured as a couple inches from where I was standing. I did see the two parallel lines of light. In fact all three of us agreed on that. The young teenager thought it might be a balloon. But in my experience this was no balloon.

I am 58 yrs. old and this is the first time I’ve ever seen a UFO.
