Bright light cigar shape hovering and disappearing

I was driving down manton ave and I see this huge bright cigar shape hovering in the same place i parked on the side of the steeet and observed it the lights were not flickering.

During the 3 minute event it started to flicker and it disappeared. The cigar shape Object is probably the same size of a football field or even bigger
