V shaped craft flew over in and out of clouds clearly visible that the lights were on one craft.

7 lights total with two out on a side.

One V shaped plane with four to five lights on one side including the tip and three lights that were lit on the other side. This plane flew very quickly through the clouds heading north down interstate 183. It quick flew out of sight.
