Possible UFO appears in a photo

I took some pictures at the Seattle waterfront between the Seattle Aquarium and the Big wheel. I didn't see anything while I was taking the photos.

Later, when I looked at the photos I noticed something strange.

Regarding my background - I don't really now what to say about that or what kind of information you're looking for. I've never seen a UFO before nor am I much of a believer.
