High thin clouds were present and made identification of shape difficult, but light was obviously above the clouds. The light appeared in the "upper body" portion of the constellation "Hercules." This also appeared on the 8th at about the saem time and location. The light was a white light with a slight blue tinge to it, it started small in size, but as it got brighter it also increased in apparent size, at least the area of the cloud beneath that lit up brightly- brighter than Venus fcr compairison, and the cloud was definitely lit from above, at the peak brightness, the illuminated portion of the cloud was perhaps the same comparative size as half of one's finger nail of their little finger at outstretched arm's length.
The light faded, Object was not in motion in either instance, and no airplanes immediately in area at the time of the sighting in either instance. In the latter reported date an aircraft was spotted to the west of the sighting but was a few minutes after the sighting. In both cases, the light faded to nothing visible within about 10 seconds.
