Characteristics: Lights on object

Loud humming sound, flight level 10 or lower with two white lights seperated on either side (connect the dots would make a rectangle)

unable to see body of a/c but it was huge, loud, and nothing I've ever seen around here flying.

I'm a former air traffic controller. Maybe a new US drone?
