|On july 20, 2013, at approx 10pm I witnessed a large glowing transparent ovoid shape with very bright orange light inside.
As I headed east on 80th ave NW to NE, at approximately 17th ave NW, I saw something unusual in the sky approximately 45 degrees above the horizon. It was a bright light inside of an ovoid translucent mist that had defined edges.
The bright orange light was in the center and it pulsated with brightness as the entire shape glided southerly.
At first I thought it was a plane on fire before realizing that it seemed to move along without disruption.
I turned right on 16th or 17th ave to watch this event. There were a few others at that corner but did not know if they too were observing what I saw.
I called my brother on my cell phone to ask him to look outside to see if he could see it. He lives on 68th NW and 34ave NW but he could not see anything unusual.
At this time the shape got smaller, appeared to hover for about 30 seconds before changing its course to a more southwesterly direction.
The path was crossing the lower portion of the moon. Initially the size of this! object was at least 1/4th the size of the moon.
The entire object became smaller as it seemed to go further away.
The light became more and more looking like a bright star until fading out entirely as it ascended above the horizon south westerly from the moon.
