|I awoke to see a very large twinkling light in the S,E sky about 45 degrees up. It did not move. It was maybe 50 to 100 times larger than your average star. I have never seen anything like it before.
I do not know how long it was there, since I went back to bed. Later, I thought it might have been a super nova, but called astronomy mag and they never got back to me. I also looked up Super Nova on the Internet and didn't find any occurring on that date.
