Appeared aprox NNW over lake michigan above North Manitou island. Initialy thought it was a metorite but it moved slowly(much to slow for meteorite) to the West and seemed to stop momentarily then gradually faded away. Official report is that it was the International space staion but I have observed it before and it has never been this large and it was orange ball that became almost vertically diamond shape, at one time I thought a smaller orange smaller shere fell off and down. Generally the space staion is white and much more distant. I suppose the sun could have reflected off the gold solar collectors on the space sation but again seemed much too big . ????
