Slow moving, low flying disc

My son and I observed from our rear house deck; a small disc, no more than 3 feet in diameter, moving a steady 5 mph in an east to west direction. The elevation of the object was no more than a steady 150 feet.

We observed the object against a clear, blue sky. No sound could be detected. The area of this occurrence is secluded, but open.

The object color was somewhat dull in appearance.

I thought at first it was a bird of some kind.

Duration was approximately 15 seconds.
