Star like object viewed and filmed for half an hour.

On October, 3 2013, at approximately 8 PM, in Noblesville, IN, I viewed what I believe to have been a UFO. The object was visible as a brilliant white light with a slight red tinge. It was the brightest object in the sky and had a very star like appearance.

The object was located at 11 degrees above the horizon and 240 degrees SW from my viewing position on the sidewalk. After viewing it for approximately 15 minutes I drove to another location in Noblesville to meet someone and continued to film the object from there.

The object remained stationary for over a half an hour and began to fluctuate in intensity and become non-visible. An interesting play with light can be seen on film as the object begins to fade from view.

Conventional aircraft were seen flying near the object.
