Unknown extremely bright pulsing light in sky.

At 11:53 am I was driving and just stopped at a traffic light on five mile and Victory road. I noticed a extremely bright light in the Southern sky maybe 10 miles out. It pulsed extraordinary bright with a star burst affect. When the traffic light turned green I began driving south, I kept looking up every 2-3 seconds to watch it.

It seemed to rotate did not move across the sky as I could tell. Suddenly there was a huge flash and it was gone.

It was not landing lights of a plane thats for sure, it was brighter then the sun.
