I See Disk Objects with Red and Blue Lights (Circling the Disk) hovering over Chicago Skies

At least twelve years I have seen disk objects in the sky. Red and blue lights are around these disk objects constantly circling the disk. They mostly hover but oh they do move and can move extremely fast but they can also move slow. I see them very often in Chicago skies on the South East side and South West side. Last seen November 28, 2013.

Now I see these same objects in the South Loop Sky Last seen November, 2013 I can only see them at night, never in the daytime or on a rainy day! Always more than one. First encounter was frighting because one started coming at me really fast, I saw the dome over the disk and it was bright inside the dome and something seated inside on the right side my right it would be the disk left side. I ran inside. I was on the second floor balcony of a two story building (1999). 2013 I still see these disk objects in Chicago Skies.
