red and white lights tjat telaported across the sky moving with strange angals

It was a white and red flashing light that moved in a oval and move in strange angals and seemed to move like it was telaporting.

We are unconvinced that this was report was submitted as a serious one. It may be a hoax. We do not know why the lights had to "teleport." PD
