Me and my buds!

I was sleeping, I open my eyes and couldn't see very well; but I saw a whitish brown thing that look like a person. It was small but not no two foot or anything. I was still laying down with looking at me[it felt like five minuets] and I couldn't move or was moving slow, trying to hit this thing and yell for help, I could think ok in my head but just couldn't do anything. then the little man vanished, I hit the wall beside me and yelled for my father.
