Witnessed floating, slow moving object with wierd circular light outside of Rainelle, WV.

Noticed object with weird lighting in the sky.

Looked at it through binoculars and noticed the circular light on the object that turned from green to orange.

Witnessed some kind of orb object come out of it.

Slowly moved away in behind the tree line.
