Initially saw an extremely bright light low in the sky, below plane level moving in a west to east direction not fast. Within seconds the single light became a row of identical bright lights perhaps six or eight. Pulled over to study the lights and they vanished.

Witness indicates that the objects appeared to be "ten times bigger than a star," and reported that they seemed to have a yellow ring around them. She corrected the time to 21:10 hrs., an evening sighting. PD
