2 Glowing green boomerang shaped objects at 5000 feet, moving extremely fast

on the smoking deck, airside E tampa airport, several of us saw a silver kids like helium ballon drift across the sky.

As we were looking up, two green glowing boomerang shaped objects in line about 1000 yards apart shot across our field of view, directly over the airport tower at what we estimated to be around 5000 feet, NE to SW, headed directly toward macdill airforce base. we estimated the speed at 5 or 6000 MPH.
