Bright cool blue flash and moved erratic like a bug

We were on a walk and noticed a planet and a few stars, then a bright blue flash caught our eyes. We watch the light move slow and change directions several times like a bug.

Then it started to move very fast to the northwest.

We watched the object until it disappeared.
