One very green orb, no sound, flying erratically W of Las Vegas near 215 Beltway

one very green orb with red pinpoint light flashing at times inside or side of orb. Pulsating and flying up and down, sideways, backwards and very quickly descending and ascending.

No sound and seen west of Las Vegas near 215 Beltway and mountains. Sky very faint light after dusk.
