Location: Windham, VT
|First sighting: really bright orange light shone through the trees and then was observed clearly, just hovering in the sky, almost as high as planes fly, but lower enough to be bigger than a bright planet. It just drifted in random ways, with no particular direction.
A second one was sighted a few hundred yards down the same road, doing the same thing. I gave up watching after 5 minutes. The location of these lights was in a really remote mountainous area on Columbus Day Weekend, where they wouldn’t have been seen by many people at all, if none.
