Strange chevron-shaped ufo moving east to west over Kenner.

There was a strange chevron shaped ufo hovering slowly threw the night sky. It wasn't to high though. 1000 yards from the ground would be a good estimate. And it had this sort of beaming noise while it was moving from east to west.
