Silent, moved vertically, had red and orange lights, was very bright and easy to see, moved slow and deliberately.

Red and orange colors. Ascension approximately to an 8 story building. Moved at a slow and steady rate in a vertical motion. Witnessed for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. Silent. Spotted 5 personal aircraft in vicinity.
