Spinning lights completely disappear in Orange County.

My friend pointed something out, it was so weird because it happened so fast. I saw something spin and by the second spin, the lights disappeared.

I was in total shock, never in my life have I seen anything close to looking like this. It scared the hell out of my friend, too.
