2 Rapid moving lights over Glendale

In the north east sky 2 friends and I spotted 2 erratic flying craft changing colors in the night sky, one changed from purple to red and then bright white while hovering high in the sky then darted swiftly across the sky then zoomed back at an incredible speed strieght to the same spot it had been in then hovered, the second craft darted rapidly up, down, side to side and in almost dive patterns but at incredible speed.
