Craft with 2 bright reddish pulsating lights, 5 small lights moved into set position in sky and stayed in that position for 15 m

Object appeared in the southeast sky of Santa Rosa, California. I saw the object move into a stationary position in the sky and stay in that position for 15 minutes.

The object had two bright red-orange lights in the center of the craft that pulsated, and 5 smaller lights around the craft that were blinking in all four directions.

I saw distortion similar to heat waves around the craft.

After about 15 minutes, the craft started to travel south and faded away gradually over two minutes.
