When going outside to smoke, looked up and saw a huge bright light. It then started flashing red and blue while moving in a triangle shape, and up and down and across.

I got a video of it changing lights and moving rapidly. At one point it had an aura of purple/blue light all around it, but only for a few seconds.

Then saw a red craft moving in a zigzag motion a off to its right side.
