10-22-2015.

Around 9 pm.

Seen a strange looking Object in the sky circling around our building.

And area. It was above power lines and maybe a bit higher. But it wasn't too high.

Had a low sound. But it did scare the cat. And we had to run to the front of the building.

I have some photo's of it. I will send them. I'm not sure what to make of this thing. Or what it could be.
